Frosted window film blocks the view through the glass while still letting daylight in. It goes on the inside of the glass you already have and looks like sandblasted or etched glass.
Bathroom windows: privacy without blinds that get wet or dusty.
Front doors and sidelights: keeps people from seeing straight into your entry.
Office conference rooms and glass walls: privacy for meetings without closing off the light.
Storefront windows: hides storage or a back room from the street.
Full frost: a solid frosted look across the whole pane.
Bands and stripes: frost at eye level with clear glass above and below, common on office glass walls.
Gradients: film that fades from frosted to clear.
Custom cut designs and logos: your logo or a pattern cut into the film.
Etched or sandblasted glass means replacing the glass itself. Frosted film goes on the glass you already have, usually in a few hours, costs far less, and can be removed later if you remodel or want a different look. It also blocks up to 99% of the UV rays that fade floors and furniture.
Decorative and frosted films are quoted on site, because the price depends on the design and the size of the glass.
